The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a shopping area, adjacent to the center, the shopping area and mosaic. I had a double room which was exceptionally nice, comfortable bed. An electric kettle and a fridge were an advantage. The location was convenient, a 10-15 minute walk from a decorative tower. Greatly enjoyed it, I did not want to leave and I recommend this property.

This city's main tourist attractions were easily accessible as the hotel is close to transportation, and it is surrounded by countless restaurants and shops. The breakfast was also a highlight of our stay, providing delicious and varied options. Moreover, the hotel's cleanliness and attentive staff created a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.

This hotel is conveniently located near the train station and in a fantastic shopping district. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with excellent facilities such as a large TV, blackout curtains, and a modern bathroom. the staff provides great service, and the breakfast is delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the security system of the hotel ensures extra safety, especially at night.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the middle of the shopping district where we could easily find souvenir shops and restaurants. Plus, it was covered, which was very convenient when it rained. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they provided us with many bottles of alcohol spray for use around the hotel. we enjoyed the comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.

One thing we didn't like was the small size of the room and bathroom. We felt cramped and the double bed was only accessible from one side.

The location of Plaza Hotel West was perfect for exploring Kobe's shopping district and enjoying the local eateries. The room was well-equipped with a luxurious feel, featuring a bathtub, giant smart TV, and blackout curtains. The TV even kept us updated on the availability of the laundry facilities. The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel provided us with a lovely romantic escape. The brand-new rooms were comfortable, and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. We loved the key location, which was within walking distance to major stations and the harbor area. We also enjoyed the attractive price tag that came with our stay.

Space was a major issue for us as the room felt cramped, especially the bathroom which was very small. The double bed was only accessible from one side making it inconvenient for a couple.
